Application FAQ
Who can apply?
Anyone qualified and interested, anywhere in the world. Some roles require Ghana-based presence for partnerships and events. Others are fully remote. We especially encourage Ghanaian women, persons with disabilities, and applicants from all 16 regions to apply.
How do I apply?
Click "Apply Now" on any position and send your CV and a brief note about why NeoGH. No cover letter required — a short email is fine. We review applications on a rolling basis.
Are these paid positions?
Full-time and part-time roles are paid. Volunteer/Freelance roles like Regional Ambassador include stipends and performance bonuses. All positions are clearly marked with their type.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. If you have skills that fit multiple roles, apply for your top choice and mention others in your email. We'll consider you for all relevant openings.
What is the hiring process?
Application review → screening call → skills assessment or interview → offer. We aim to complete the process within 2-3 weeks. Volunteer roles may have a faster track.
Does NeoGH sponsor work visas?
Not at this time. All roles are filled by candidates with existing work authorization in their country of residence. Remote roles are open globally.
